Overview  






The Southeast Ontario Soccer Association (SOSA) is one of 21 affiliated districts with The Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) acting as a branch association with the defined boundaries of Hastings, Prince Edward, Lennox -Addington, Frontenac and Leeds Counties.

SOSA is separated into three areas:

The Western Area includes the counties of Hastings and Prince Edward and the cities of Quinte West and Belleville and the town of Picton.

The Central Area includes the counties of Lennox-Addington and Frontenac and the cities of Napanee and Kingston.

The Eastern Area includes the county of Leeds and the cities of Gananoque and Brockville.

SOSA`s active members offer both indoor and outdoor soccer programs covering both competitive and recreational soccer at age groups from under 4 to over 35 both male and female.

In 2003, SOSA registered 24 clubs and 16,500  outdoor players and 1800 indoor players
